Accede Mold & Tool was proud to welcome a group from the Rochester Technology and Manufacturing Association’s (RTMA) Real Life Rosies program for an evening tour of our facility and a first-hand look at modern mold manufacturing in action.
The Real Life Rosies initiative introduces women to rewarding careers in advanced manufacturing — empowering them with exposure to machining, moldmaking, design, and automation. During their visit, participants met with members of our engineering, tooling, and apprenticeship teams, observing how craftsmanship, precision, and technology come together to produce high-performance Class 101 injection molds for the medical, packaging, and industrial markets. The Accede team fielded tons of great questions from the highly engaged group.
For Accede, workforce engagement isn’t simply outreach — it’s a strategic investment in long-term supply chain resilience. As a family-owned, independent American mold builder, we understand that developing and retaining skilled talent is essential to delivering the certainty, performance, and responsiveness our customers depend on.
“Our customers rely on us to deliver precision tooling and predictable outcomes,” said Danielle Fox, head of Organization and Employee Development at Accede Mold & Tool. “That level of confidence starts with people. By mentoring and developing the next generation, we’re ensuring our customers have a stable, capable U.S. partner they can count on for years to come.”
Through partnerships with the RTMA, Monroe Community College, Edison Tech, and the Finger Lakes Youth Apprenticeship Program, Accede continues to lead by example — derisking the future of American manufacturing by investing in people, process, and progress.
Because at Accede, The Mold Is Greater Than the Sum of its Parts.
