Accede Mold & Tool Champions Innovation in Mold Design at SPE ANTEC® 2025

Accede Mold & Tool proudly sponsored the Mold Technologies track and exhibited at SPE ANTEC® 2025, held from March 3-6 in Philadelphia. As a leading custom injection mold builder, we recognize the importance of staying at the forefront of advancements in mold design and manufacturing. This event provided a platform for our team to engage with industry leaders, explore cutting-edge research, and reinforce our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
The Mold Technologies track at ANTEC® 2025 featured insightful presentations on key topics shaping the future of moldmaking, including advancements in mold materials, cooling strategies, and process optimization. One notable session, “Fast Cooling Simulation for the Generative Design of Injection Mold Cooling Layouts that Reduce Cycle-Time and Improve Part Quality,” explored the use of GPU-accelerated thermal simulation tools to optimize mold cooling designs, thereby enhancing part quality and reducing cycle times.
Accede Mold & Tool had representatives on hand to participate in discussions, attend technical sessions, and explore new developments in mold design and plastics engineering. Among them was Brett Lindenmuth, Vice President of Engineering, who attended in his capacity as the leader of Accede’s Design Engineering and Mold Sampling Lab. Brett’s decades of experience in mold design, manufacturing engineering, and operational leadership allow him to evaluate and implement the latest industry advancements, ensuring Accede remains at the forefront of innovation in moldmaking.
