Does Accede recommend a specific mold architecture?

No single architecture is right for every program. Accede evaluates the application, production requirements, press environment, and long-term objectives before recommending a direction.

Can Accede support a duplicate or replacement production mold?

Yes. Existing programs can benefit from lessons learned in production, whether the need is added capacity, replacement tooling, or sustaining support.

Does Accede build prototype molds?

Accede's core focus is Class 101 production tooling. We also support pilot and development tooling when it aligns with the path to production.

Can Accede support sampling and qualification?

Yes. Accede samples and qualifies molds and can support process development, inspection, and turn-key systems integration based on program requirements. Our sampling lab is equipped with ancillaries, including a Wittmann robot for EOAT.
